- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 orange, zest
- 1/2 lime, zest
- 2 tsp olive oil
- pinch ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Combine the sumac, cumin, cinnamon, citrus zests and oil and mix well.
- Coat the salmon in the marinade and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line an ovenproof tray with baking paper. Place the salmon fillets on the tray and season with the black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with the lemon wedges.
