- 2 large ripe or slightly overripe avocados
- 70ml half fat or semi-skimmed milk
- 8 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a food processor. Add the milk, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and blend until light, fluffy and velvety in texture. Taste and add more honey or cocoa powder if needed (just 1 tsp at a time).
- Separate into 4 small bowls or pots and serve with a handful of fresh seasonal fruit.
This perfectly portioned little indulgence is great served with fresh seasonal fruit such as berries, bananas, toasted coconut flesh or even a few chopped toasted nuts.
