- 4 leftover boiled potatoes (preferably with their skin on)
- 3 tsp paprika
- 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
- pinch, each salt and black pepper
- Slice the boiled potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
- In a wok or frying pan, add the oil over a medium to high heat. When pan is hot, add the sliced potatoes and sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning them frequently until they are golden and crispy.
