- 25g oats
- 125ml oat milk
- 120g diced mango
- 75g coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 75g ice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Peel and dice your mango.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, if the mixture is too thick you can add an extra splash of milk.
- You can add more lime and honey to taste depending on your preference, serve over ice and enjoy!
If you process the smoothie a little less, you will keep more of the fibre from the fruit intact, which is important for good digestive health.
